Brother Frank, we have heard several interpretations on the meaning of the German eagle and the English horse rider that comes down through Africa. From one hand, some in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, say that brother Branham’s vision came from the devil; I do not believe in such excessive and antichrist statement! From the other hand, the late Alexis Barilier, to whom you had already answered on 10 October 2006, spoke about Archippus (the "horse ruler”, Colossians 4:17), in reference to his ministry, which was riding through Africa. While for him, the English rider had become the African jumper, he however acknowledged earlier in the Congo that the rider was an Englishman, because the message came first in English, and its outreach in Africa had been made through his ministry and yours.

But my intention here is not so much to discuss on the interpretation of this vision, but rather of questioning you about the meaning of the word "watch", because if the German eagle watched the English rider, this means that there is a responsibility. The Larousse dictionary indicates that “to watch” is the action "to be alertly on the lookout, look attentively, or observe, as to see what comes, is done, or happens". Everyone knows that the eagle has naturally an exceptional eyesight, which allows him to see many details even when looking from a very long distance. In the vision, he is doing so: he very carefully observes the English rider in his ride in Africa. I'll get back to that later, because I would like to refer briefly to the glory of God.

Since Brother Pearry Green went back home on August 26, 2015, I felt more challenged to write this letter. Among the living witnesses who lived with the prophet Branham, Brother Green is one of the very few along with Brother Hollin Hickerson, who has openly acknowledged Brother Branham taught about polygamy. Among the witnesses of this conversation we had in July 2013 with Pearry Green, were Brother Caleb Duron, associate pastor of Pearry Green in Tucson Tabernacle, Brother Dale Knight, also pastor associate to Tucson Tabernacle, Brother Ryan Freeborn from Australia and another brother from New Zealand. For ethical reasons, Brother Branham could not sell his own sermons, and was forced by the US Tax Revenue Department, to appoint someone who was going to do it on his behalf. Under coercion, he appointed Fred Sothman and in the same connection, Brother Edmond Way was forced by Branham Tabernacle’s trustees, to stop the distribution of Brother Branham’s tapes, while he was doing it free of charge. However, Brother Branham continued to support Brother Way and referred those who needed his sermons to him. Branham had also asked Brother Pearry Green to take care of Brother Way, because of the work he was doing.

With great regret, Brother Pearry Green also handed over his tapes to Fred Sothman. When he asked the latter to keep copies, Fred Sothman refused, arguing that the franchise was not in his name. He was deeply regretful, because Marriage and Divorce was among those sermons, as well as the ones on the 7th Seal and Taking Sides with Jesus Christ. Brother Green had enough courage, I already mentioned, to recognize that Branham had taught about polygamy. He knew that Brother Sydney Jackson, the yellow mane man, was a polygamous who had two wives. Brother Branham never condemned him for that, contrary to what Willard Collins, the pastor of Branham Tabernacle says. He pretended that Brother Branham would had warned a brother who intended to leave his wife and marry another. Willard Collins falsely puts in Brother Branham’s mouth that this brother would go in hell with the woman he planned to marry together with the children they might father, but that's a lie. When asked where this supposed letter Brother Branham could be, Willard Collins remains silent and is unable to provide proof of it.

Willard Collins lies from the bottom of his heart, when he says that Brother Branham did regret preaching on Marriage and Divorce and repented later! It is a slander and a sham! Could it be the reason he resigned from his pastor’s office of the Branham Tabernacle? Brother Frank, how can you remain indifferent to such evil lies? What will you do while you have the sermon Brother Branham personally sent you in your own hands? Are you going to take it with you to the grave?

I will go through that a little further on because I wish to speak shortly about the glory of God.

THE GLORY OF GOD: WHO IS COME SHORT?

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore, by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 3: 19-24).

This Word of the Scripture, is quoted by the Holy Spirit who interpreted the vision shown to his prophet. As I said above, I hope this letter will speak to your conscience and question your sense of responsibility. We all, true believers of the end-time Message, are in a warfare, contending for our common faith and spiritual freedom. We must seek God's glory and we also know that the world has become guilty before God, because they seek their justification in the law. We do not seek our own righteousness. The apostle Paul teaches that all those who want to be justified before God by works of law instead of grace, have gone astray, no matter whether Jews or Gentiles. All have sinned and are come short of the glory of God. The religious world especially, seeks his own justice, but in the eyes of the Creator it looks like filthy rags (Isaiah 64: 6).

In order to get His grace, the Lord has shown us that we have to believe God-Elohim keeps all things in continuity. His word remains the same and He doesn’t change His mind. To those who sought their justification in the writings of Moses, he said: "But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? '' (John 5:46). In this regard, He also gave them the example of Lazarus and the rich man, saying: “If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead "(Luke 16:31). Yeshua-Jesus remained consistent in His teaching from the beginning to the end. Today too, the same consistency should be reflected among the servants through which He speaks since He is risen.

Just as those who did not believe in the writings of Moses did not believe in the Word of Yeshua - Jesus during his earthly ministry, those who do not believe in the writings of Moses today, do not believe 

in what Yeshua-Jesus said, after He passed from death through resurrection. He is risen, but when He does speak, there are some who do not believe, simply because they do not believe in the writings of Moses. And they cannot believe, because it is written: "How can you believe, who receive glory from one another, and you don’t seek the glory that comes from the only God” (John 5:44).

However, God’s grace that brings salvation to every man, has appeared in Jesus Christ, and each one of us is called to take his stand for the Truth camp. Jesus Christ (Yeshua ha Mashyah) is the Way, the Truth and the Life. For us, we have taken part in the year of grace of the Lord by means of His counsel, revealed in our time to our brother, God’s prophet and servant William Branham. With the Lord Jesus we shall overcome the greatest battle ever fought and will reach our full redemption and restoration.

THE WRATH OF GOD AGAINST MEN WHO HOLD THE TRUTH IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS

In the beginning of this same epistle to the Romans, Paul shows that the wrath of God is revealed from heaven, against all those who have experienced God's revealed Truth but who hold It captive. After many years of investigation, I too, like Paul, have come to the conclusion that the Truth is held captive. I live in Jeffersonville, in the United States, and I claim that today, among those who, from the beginning, have lived with brother Branham, are found people who hold the Truth in captivity. But I must first indicate the biblical basis for my argument and show how someone is held captive. The Bible teaches us in Deuteronomy 21: 10-13, that a captive is a prisoner of war.

• When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the Lord thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive, and seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife; then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails; and she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife. »

In Daniel 1:2-8, we also read that the Lord delivered Jerusalem into the Babylonian captivity of Nebuchadnezzar. The latter wanted certain of the children of Israel of the king's seed and of the prince to stand in his palace. Among the captives were « of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abed-nego. »

To stay in the same line of thinking as Paul, it is clear that the Lord allows someone to become captive. But regarding the Truth revealed by the Holy Spirit, the apostle says plainly that God's anger rises against those who hold the Truth captive. In Deuteronomy 21, we see that the captive was brought inside the house of her master, who could take her as his own wife, but who could neither sell her nor make her slave after he married her. Therefore, we also receive an explanation of the cause of the divine wrath; it is triggered by the fact that those who hold the Truth in unrighteousness abuse It and keep It in chains in their houses after they received It.

These people keep the Truth hidden and make It their slave, their object or their thing (causing It to be entirely dependent on them and deprived of all rights, such as moving freely). They prevent the Truth from moving freely among the believers. As Nebuchadnezzar, they even go so far as to change the Truth’s name into pagan lie; this implies that God’s wrath is directed against all those who have kept prisoner the Truth in their homes or big offices, and who do not wish others to enjoy It. God is against all those who misrepresented the Truth and gave It a different meaning and another name, that is not God’s Word (Revelation 19:13).

EAGLE AND HORSE RIDER’S SYMBOL

I come now to the symbols of the eagle and the horse rider. The Pillar of fire opened the 7 seals one after another from 18 March to 24 March, 1963, and we have understood the symbolism of the antichrist spirit on the one hand, illustrated by the rider who rides a horse in four colors (white, red, black and pale) across different ages. On the other hand, the symbolism of the power of God which is opposite, illustrated by the four living creatures, which each face is unfolded in each of the first four seals (lion, beef, man and eagle).

When comparing Apostle John’s vision on the fourth seal and the vision brother Branham has seen, one must notice similarity of symbols:

Any skilled reader and trained listener, having followed the teaching of prophet Branham, knows that we now live in the fourth seal. It will end with the rapture of the Bride-Church, before the trumpets and vials’ judgments strike the earth. There is also no doubt that the German eagle’s vision cannot be fulfilled in another age than today, the fourth seal’s. This is the age of the mixture of three colors, white, black and red. The antichrist brings together the three powers: political, religious, and demonic. It brings death altogether, as brother Branham said in the fourth seal:

“Now, we find out this Lamb opened the seal. Now, the first beast we find. . . If you notice, the first beast we find was a .. . the first beast was a lion, a living creature (found that in the book of the Church Ages).

And then the second beast, I believe, was the face of an ox or a calf. And the third beast was the face of a man. But the fourth beast was the face of an eagle. Now, that’s exactly the way we’ve got them rotating, just exactly like that, and that’s exactly the way they are even placed in the book here.” (The Fourth Seal, 21 March 1963, § 64).

Brother Frank, could it be that the antichrist is connected with the English rider? This issue is hugely important! The end-time Message comes from God, but the antichrist spirit has put his hand to control a part of its distribution. When one recalls the vision you had in April 1962, after the Lord showed you the stored food to give out, you saw some American brothers who arose, vandalized and trampled this food underfoot! You shared your testimony with brothers Roy Borders and Pearry Green to support the publication of brother Branham’s sermons, which until then existed only on reel-to-reel tapes.

Of course, you can't tell the brethren what they need to do, but today, there is a legitimate suspicion on translations that come particularly from the United States. Translation problems have always required corrections by inspired servants of God. For example, although Bible translators say that souls will burn forever in the lake of fire, brother Branham shows that hell is not eternal, because burning eternally, requires having eternal life; which is impossible (Hebrews, Chapter 6, part 2, § 251-251-259 259). One can multiply examples and quotes you as well, when you mentioned that in 1 Timothy 3: 1, the original points out that the bishop must not be the husband of one wife only; he must simply be married (Convention of December 26, 1980, in Kinshasa, DR Congo).

There is much confusion now since the Lord has let people know the absolute Truth about Marriage and Divorce revealed from heaven on the mountain. God-Elohim has condemned all schools of thought and proclaimed the Thus Saith the Lord contained in the Holy Scriptures. Those who argue that a man can marry only once (unless his wife is dead) or that a man cannot remarry unless his wife has committed adultery, are wrong; they are in perdition. Men created in the image of Yeshua-Jesus can marry as many times as they like, within the limits of the Word of God, as brother Branham said: “no divorcees”. However, many continue to hold on at whatever costs to these fallacies, which were demolished by the Prophet of God-Elohim.

With Paul, we must hold captive which is useful in the fight for the Truth. He said: “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10: 5). After Prophet Branham spoke on behalf of the Creator, anyone claiming to be a servant of God MUST bring captive all schools of thoughts that contradict the revealed Truth. The hour has come when schools of thought, which exalt against the knowledge of God, must be submitted to the Truth of the Word.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO HOLD THE TRUTH INTO CAPTIVITY?

Brother Frank, all servants have the responsibility to let know this Truth without holding It captive, otherwise, they draw on them the legitimate anger of the living God (Romans 1:18). When the Lord told his disciples that the Son of Man would come at a time when they think not, Peter asked him, “Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all »?

The Lord answered:

Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto 

you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath. But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. (Luke 12: 41-48)

By using the future tense, the Lord prophesies the coming of a servant which will come in ANOTHER GENERATION that Peter’s, and that he will be appointed to give out the spiritual food in due season. We know that brother Branham stored the food and we also know that brother Frank was responsible for giving it out. Even if it does not please us, let us look at the prophetic Word with all seriousness and also consider the rest of these verses, which are in the same context. The Lord speaks of the servant who, having known the will of his master prepared nothing and did not act according to his will. On the other hand, the servant who has not known the will of his master but who did things worthy of punishment, will be beaten with a few stripes. The Lord concludes in saying that it will be much required of those unto whom much is given and it is even required the more of those to whom have committed much. A great number of stripes is therefore restricted to the servant who will have nothing prepared for the return of his lord.

In Strong’s concordance, we are taught that the Greek word 'prepare' comes “from the oriental custom of sending on before kings on their journeys persons to level the roads and make them passable”. It is therefore “to prepare the minds of men to give the Messiah a fit reception and secure his blessings” (Strong 2090). This is the same meaning in Isaiah 40: 3 and John 1:23 with John the Baptist. It is by means of the Truth and the will of God revealed through the Ministry of the Prophet Branham, that the servant mentioned above must prepare the minds of the people of the house of God. Whether it is His will on marriage or divorce, if he has not prepared the people with the teachings that were revealed, he makes himself worthy of a great number of stripes.

MUCH MORE IS REQUIRED FROM WHOM HAS RECEIVED MUCH

Forty is the number of stripes that should not exceed (Deuteronomy 25: 1-3). Paul, who was yet innocent, received the maximum punishment on several occasions, on the part of Jews who persecuted him: "five times I received from Jews forty stripes save one" (2 Corinthians 11:24). Therefore, what will happen to servants who are guilty of holding the Truth in unrighteousness? Jesus-Yeshua said: “For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? '' (Luke 23:31). Clearly, those servants who have received much are those who have received original reel-to-reel tapes of brother Branham’s sermons. All those who have received or are in possession of original tapes of William Branham’s sermons bear a very heavy responsibility before God. Much more will be required of them than those who have only received translations, even if they have been tampered with.

Brother Frank, God’s people is helplessly exposed to American translations that produce death. When brother Branham went back home to the Lord, your responsibility was immediately engaged. As the sermons of the Prophet were only in reel-to-reel form, you took responsibilities, without which, as you said in your testimony, there would have never been a Message of the end times! Today again, your fellow servant Alexis Barilier, worked extensively so that the original Truth could stand in translations.

Now that both Pearry Green and Alexis Barilier are gone, more than ever, time has come for the German Eagle who watches the English rider that comes through Africa, to play its role to the fullest, in order to support the Truth about Marriage and Divorce. If you don’t do it and if you do not react to this pathetic appeal, there is no doubt that you will forever bear the responsibility for letting the food being trampled without doing anything. Damages caused in Africa by the English rider will be blamed on you and your shame will be eternal. If brother Branham did not make sure that you receive his sermons, you would be released of your obligations. But since Brother Leo Mercier has sent them to you regularly for almost 10 years, it behooves you to fulfill all righteousness, by restoring the original Truth to the Bride-Church of Jesus-Yeshua. You are in the spotlight on the global stage right now; the eyes of the world are watching to see what you are going to do, how you'll react to this letter. It has been written with respect and humility. I also urge you to respect your own word of honor, solemnly uttered out of your mouth in 1968:

• In all humility, I can say that I participate in one of the greatest privileges a man can have in these times. I have listened to about 200 sermons of brother Branham, and I was able to make a judgment on his ministry, his calling, and his way of teaching the Word. Now that he is gone to be with the Lord, flowers are laid down at his grave, but to me, by wickedness, some are ready to stone me and persecute me, because I faithfully give out the received biblical truths. Nevertheless, I am happy to give my life for God’s sake, if so is His will. Anyone who thinks that I am adding, even a single Word to God’s Message, should just feel free to read messages in the original English. I gladly make them available to anyone’s request, and on any topic he wants to discuss. » (E. Frank, Circular Letter May-June 1968, Krefeld, Germany).

Brother Frank, in conclusion, if you are faithful – and if I can rely on your honesty, that I think is sincere – I request you to put at my disposal, without hesitation and without politics, a genuine copy from the original reel-to-reel tape on Marriage and Divorce. Just let me know when I can come and pick it up, so that a schedule can be prepared ahead of time.
